Global Indian Entertainment is an internet agent that works on behalf of event organizers, promoters, and venues. Global Indian Entertainment in some way organized or participated in the holding of any of the events advertised on the website.

Delivery charges

All ticket purchases are made using an online booking system, so there are no such delivery fees. These fees may apply to a small number of events, and they will be made clear. Once a purchase has been made, these eTickets are made available and sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Prices

Each event's price is displayed on gie.net.eu in Australian dollars and includes GST (if applicable) at a rate of 10%. Although we make every effort to ensure that the pricing on gie.net.eu is accurate, mistakes or price adjustments can occasionally happen. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any moment in order to reflect cost increases, including an increase in or implementation of any duty, tax, levy, duty, or change in currency rates. Before completing your order, we will make every effort to advise you of any relevant pricing revisions. Depending on the event, a booking fee or credit card surcharge may apply. If a Credit Card Surcharge or Booking Fee applies, it is made very clear on the booking page.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Order cancellations are not permitted because all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability and Responsibilities

Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances will Global Indian Entertainment be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or other claims, including lost profits or other commercial harm resulting from the use of or inability to use this website or any tickets obtained from this website. Any fees you may have paid to visit this site if any, shall not in any way increase Global Indian entertainment's liability to you for any and all damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from any cause of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. The total responsibility of Global Indian Entertainment in connection with the performance or prospective performance of this Agreement, whether in contract, law (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of the Goods. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts or excludes Global Indian Entertainment's liability for death or personal harm brought on by its carelessness or willful misrepresentation.

Global Indian Entertainment will not be liable in any way for any failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by an unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war, or act of God.

Governing Law and Invalidity

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the Australian jurisdiction. The validity of the remaining sections of this agreement will not be impacted if any provision is found to be invalid.

Interpretation and Jurisdiction

These rules only apply to the website Global Indian Entertainment. Any other websites that you access through links from this website are subject to the terms and conditions of those websites. We disclaim all duty and responsibility for websites outside of our control. Law requires us to let you know that only English can be used to conduct transactions. Each party irrevocably undertakes to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Terms and conditions of Ticket Sales

Any ticket issued is subject to the following terms, which the issuer, venue owner, and/or event organizer may revoke if any of the restrictions are broken:

1. Any ticket, booking charge, service fee, or delivery fee cannot be refunded or exchanged unless mandated by law.

2. Any artist, team, or performance may be added, removed, rescheduled, or substituted at the event organizer's discretion.

3. The event's organizer has the right to make last-minute changes to the event's ticket prices, show and door times, seating arrangements, and venue capacity.

4. The venue's and organizer's admission policies apply, and the right to admittance is retained. On request, these additional terms are available from the venue or the organizer.

5. If you arrive late, you might not be seated until there is an appropriate break in the event.

6. Without express consent from Global Indian Entertainment, tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or combined with other products or services, used in advertising, or awarded as a prize in a contest. If the ticket holder violates this condition, entry will be denied or they will be asked to leave, and the ticket will be handed over to Global Indian Entertainment.

7. Where special pricing is offered, proper identification will be needed to show that the prerequisites for that special pricing are satisfied at the time of ticket pickup.

8. Prior to and following the Ticket Holder's admittance into the venue, any official, employee, or agent of the venue's owner and/or the event's organizer may search and inspect the Ticket Holder's person, clothing, bags, or other belongings.

9. Any of the following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue by the ticket holder:

9.2. Any item that could harm or annoy others, such as loud hailers, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or chemical substances that emit noxious fumes or smoke;

9.4. Products destined for sale (if no written permit is held from the proprietor of the venue).

9.5. Anything that might interfere with how the event is run.

10. It's possible to forbid the use of cameras, flash photography, video recorders, and audio recorders of any kind.

11. If the ticket holder engages in behavior that unreasonably impedes other attendees' ability to enjoy the event, such as fighting, hindering or obstructing the event's conduct, or violating any venue bylaws or directives, they will be asked to leave.

12. Tickets for pickup can only be picked up by the purchaser. The cardholder must be the person picking up the tickets if they are being picked up using a credit card as identification.

13. The Ticket Holder's permission to stay at the venue will be immediately revoked for any violation of these terms.

14. The right is retained to alter, swap out, or remove promoted programs, performers, venues, and associated arrangements as needed.

Events and entertainment

You must check in using the Service NSW app at music festivals with over 1000 attendees. Additionally, you must be immunized entirely for indoor music festivals with more than 1000 attendees.

For other entertainment venues, or for indoor and outdoor recreation areas with fewer than a thousand visitors:

a. It is not necessary for you to carry vaccination records or be completely immunized.

b. It is not necessary to check in using COVID-19.

c. There is no need for face masks.

Theaters, musical halls, concert halls, dance halls, drive-in movie theatres, and play areas are examples of entertainment venues.

Stadiums, theme parks, zoos, aquariums, and showgrounds are examples of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities.

Music festivals

Music festivals with more than 1000 attendees must follow certain rules.

An indoor music festival is:

a. A dance- or music-centered event

b. Features live or pre-recorded performances by a number of individuals or groups.

c. The individuals or organizations offer musical or live entertainment

d. Held inside, in a designated space

e. A ticketed occasion.

Not included in music festivals are activities that:

a. Use a single stage,

b. Are scheduled to last for less than five hours, and

c. Less than 2 main performers, and no more than 4 performers altogether.

If you are fully vaccinated you can attend:

a. An indoor music festival that attracted more than a thousand people

b. An open-air music festival that draws any size crowd.
